Dear New Member Class of 2022,

The past year has been full of ups and downs and has been far from normal. With all the uncertainty's that have been present this year, I could not be more thankful to have the constant, unwavering support from all my sisters. While we do not know what the future looks like, I hope you can find your home in Chi Omega, so you too can experience our amazing sisterhood.

We are extremely passionate about helping you find your home. While we hope it can be with us, we care most about YOU finding YOUR perfect fit. The UC Panhellenic community is unlike any other, in that it truly is a community, all supporting one another.

Joining Chi Omega has truly been one of the best decisions of my life. The friendships I have made are undoubtedly lifelong. My sisters have been there for me at my worst to lift me up, when I truly did not think I could keep going. They have also been with me for so many of my favorite memories. From spontaneous trips to date parties to concerts to laughing until we cry, memories like these I all owe to Chi O. I never thought friendships like these could come from a sorority until I joined Chi Omega!

We CANNOT wait to meet you! I hope that we can welcome you into the sisterhood that changed my life for the better, so you too can experience the friendships, laughs, and memories that come from joining Chi Omega. You are already so loved <3

Formal Fall Recruitment takes place each year in September and is the most common recruitment process that members participate in. It's 2 incredibly fun weekends full of events where the chapters are able to really get to know the PNMs, show them our home, and share our beloved philanthropy. At the end of the week, we welcome our new members home on one of the most exciting days of the year, Bid Day!

For the most up-to-date information regarding Formal Fall Recruitment 2021, please visit the University of Cincinnati Panhellenic website. We can't wait to meet you!

Continuous Open Bidding, also referred to as COB, is the informal recruitment process. It's a great opportunity for girls to still join the Greek community that either weren't able to attend Formal Fall or transferred to the University of Cincinnati.
